Fish Birthday Card

I really am glad that I got the Owl Punch. You can use it for so many things besides making owls. I grab for it more than I seem to grab any of my other punches. This would be a cute Birthday card for all ages. I love how the Basic Pearls seem like bubbles coming out of the fishes mouths. Punches are a really good way of using up the scraps of card stock that you have left over.

Santa Notebook

I cased this from Stamping Granny. I saw these on her blog and I just knew I had to make these. I wish I would have made these in advance for Christmas. These were so easy to make. I just took a spiral mini notebook and covered it with the Santa face. The mustache was made by cutting the 1 inch Circle Punch in 1/2. I made the eyes with the 1 inch Circle Punch with Baja Breeze and used the Owl Punch to cut the black part of Santa's eyes. Isn't he cute?

Simply Adorned

Christmas is officially over but I wanted to share the charm that I have been wearing during the Christmas season. I made one of these for my sister in law for Christmas with a variety of inserts that I made for her. These are so easy to make and you can add an image personally to fit your style. I need to change out my insert to reflect something for winter. Maybe a snowflake since we have been getting so much snow recently. That would be pretty with baja breeze and dazzling diamonds. I get so many compliments on my charm and it is a great conversation starter. Contact me to get yours.

Rag Bag

I have been wanting to make one of these bags since I first saw them. This was so easy to make. Next time I will put batting in between the scallop squares and add another layer of material. Trial and error right? I will definitely be purchasing the new material in the new mini. It is beautiful. That makes you want to see it right? If you want to see a new occasions mini I will have them available at my Open House on January 8th. Contact me to RSVP so I can have enough materials prepared for your make and take. I will have door prize tickets, samples and refreshments. The first 5 people to RSVP earn an extra 5 tickets. Bring a friend and earn extra tickets. I hope to see you there.

Supplies:

Big Shot
Scallop Square Die
Deck the Halls Fabric

Holidays

I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas. We have been spending time with family and watching movies all day. It has been snowing on and off all day. We have a couple of inches on the ground. It's the first time we have had a white Christmas in awhile. I hope everyone is enjoying the Holiday. I wanted to share what my youngest son Noah made for Santa. Of course, I put this on the plate that I posted about a couple of days ago. He is very proud of his creation and I told him I would share it.

I really like the Design a House kit in the Holiday Mini. I had so much fun putting this together. I bought an extra one to use for Halloween. The possibilities are endless. You can make it as simple or add as many things you would like to make it your own creation. I made the wreaths and the ornaments for the trees with the Owl Punch. You can make so many things with the Owl Punch. I think it is my favorite punch that Stampin Up offers. I also gave my window panes a little pizazz. Team Meeting

Kathy Seals decorated a plain white plate with a Decor Element. I just love Decor Elements you can add them anywhere and remove them whenever you want. Kathy made 2 plates and 2 coffee cups with this set. I was the proud recipient of this gift. There were more gifts but I didn't take any pictures. I need to get better about doing that. Sorry ladies.

Team Meeting

Here are the photos from our Team Meeting last week. We drew names and exchanged gifts. Becky Evans made this jar and decorated it with Decor Elements.

Downline Event

Tonight is our Annual Christmas Party with my upline. We have such s GREAT group of women on our team. I am really excited to get together with them this evening. We will have food, swaps and Stampin Up presents that we have created. I will share some pictures with you later of some of the swaps that we made. I made some tile coasters for my Secret Santa gift. I stamped the Heartfelt Thanks (retired) image on a tile that I got from Lowes with Black STaz on. I baked it in the oven for 10 mins on 300 and let it cool. I then tied a concord crush ribbon around it. I placed it in a white bag that I decorated with Baja Breeze DSP and the snow Flakes die. I also made a card that I will share with you once I take a picture tonight. If you would like to join our next team event contact me to find out how. I would LOVE to have you join us. As always I am Happy stampin with friends.
