Mothers Day

I had a GREAT time at the Spring Fling Craft and Vendor fair at St Thomas more this past weekend. I met a bunch of wonderful women. It was a great turn out. Our booth was next to the Thirty One booth so of course we got lots of traffic. You know how women (me included) are about our pocket books. Of course, I had to buy a lunch bag. I worked on 4 Digital Scrapbooks using My Digital Studio. I plan on downloading them to memory cards and giving those with Digital picture frames as gifts for Christmas. Great idea huh? If you have not had time to check out My Digital Studio let me know and I will personally show you what it can do for you. It has unlimited possibilties. Thanks to all the women that have signed up for my events. I had such a HUGE response to my Stamp a Stack that I had to open a 2nd slot. Which by the way is FULL also. Look at This Mess

This is kind of a weird post!? I don't have a craft room so every time I need to blog or prepare for a workshop I have to use my kitchen table. I told my husband it's a good thing nobody sees the mess I make when I craft huh? LOL!!! I have been so busy with swaps and getting my classes ready that I have been making a HUGE mess the past couple of weeks. I try to prepare all of my classes and swaps at one time so I don't have to make more messes than I can handle. I still have a couple of slots left for my Domino necklace class on the 28th. Cost is $10.00.

Top Note Purse

I posted this a few days ago but I wanted to share the links for the people that I cased this project from.

Paper Flower- Dawns Stamping Thoughts

Bags and Purses- Helenmade.blogspot.com

This was so much fun to make. I am very proud to say that I made the bag, and flower. I followed the tutorial on how to make the bag at helenmade.blogspot.com. I used whisper white card stock and it came out fine. Next time I will probably use 20lb printing paer and it might make it easier to fold. I made the paper flower on front that I cased from Dawns Stamping Thoughts. I think that I will put some notecards in the envelope for a cute little gift. I have a Domino necklace class coming up on the 28th. We will be making one Domino necklace and one of these cute purses to put it in. Wouldn't this make a GREAT Mother's Day Gift? If you are interested in coming to the class the cost is $10.00. Please pre-pay with Pay Pal (the button is on my blog). I have room for 3 more so make sure to secure your spot. Thanks!!! Happy Friday everybody!!
